He is a product of Centro Escolar University in Mendiola, Manila, trained in Orthodontics and TMJ and Craniodontics, and past President of the Philippine Dental Association San Pablo City Chapter in 2019-2020. He was awarded as one of most Outstanding President and Chapter during the Gabi ng Parangal of the Philippine Dental Association also known as the Gawad PDA in 2020.
As a civic-minded dentist, Doc Jeff, promotes dental health using various social media platforms. He has his own YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok channels, and is an avid vlogger serving as broadcaster and past President of Team Positive Philippines. He finds time to be a Radio DJ/Anchor for J101.5 FM Big Radio and serves as a correspondent for Isyu Balita and Tutubi News Magazine. He is also an active member of JCI San Pablo 7 Lakes.
