MANILA — Laguna 3rd District Representative Loreto “Amben” S. Amante successfully defended the proposed ₱30.4 billion budget for the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) for the fiscal year 2026 during the recent budget deliberations in the House of Representatives.
The approved budget allocation is aimed at enhancing the country’s scientific research, technological advancements, and disaster preparedness initiatives.
