Landbank clients, pinag iingat sa SMiShing

Mag ingat sa pagla log in sa inyong online bank, ayon sa babala ng Landbank of the Philippines (LBD).

Ang mga manloloko, ayon sa advisory ay nambibiktima sa pamamagitan ng SMS Phishing (SMiShing) na nagsasabi na mag download ng mga malisyosong link sa pagkuha ng password o One-Time Pin (OTP).

Ipinagbibigay alam ng LDB na ang kanilang online banking ay hindi humihingi ng impormasyon tungkol sa inyong account at hindi rin nag uutos ito na mag download ng kahit anong link sa paghingi ng OTP sa pamamagitan ng text. 

Hinihiling ng pambansang bangko na i update ang inyong mga registered mobile numbers sa mga sumusunod na channels lamang:

  1. pdating of mobile number LANDBANK iAccess via https://www.lbpiaccess.com – In the iAccess Main Menu, select “View Client Profile” under “Administration” Menu, and click the “Update Mobile No.”
  2. Updating of mobile number via email –
    •  Download the LANDBANK PhoneAccess and iAccess ENROLLMENT & MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FORM through this link:
    • https://www.lbpiaccess.com/Enrollment.pdf
    • Put a (√) mark in the space provided for “Updating of Profile” under iAccess Enrolment, and input your updated mobile number in the “A. Account and Contact Information” Section; and
    • Attach a copy of your valid ID and send it to your branch of account via email
  3. Updating of mobile number via branch visit – go to your servicing LANDBANK branch to update your mobile number.
