Excited ang mga dentista sa San Pablo City sa kauna unahang face to face 72nd Induction Ceremony ng Philippine Dental Association San Pablo City Chapter pagkatapos ng mahigit na dalawang taong lockdown. Noong 2020 ay walang face to face Induction dahil sa mga hamon ng pandemic.
Ngayong ang diamond anniversary Philippine Dental Association kaya extra special na okasyon ang ginanap.
Nagtipon ang mga dentista sa Auravel Grande Resort noong June 28, 2022 sa gabi ng masaya at inspiring na induction ceremony.
Nagkaroon ng 1st quarterly scientific seminar ganap alas dos ng tanghali na may topic na “5 Key Success Factors in Oral Surgery” ni Dr. Gary Brillo, Past President of Philippine College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Sinundan ito ng lecture ni Dr. Mariusse Chars Esquillo tungkol sa “Controversial Queries in Oral Surgery.”
Tinalakay naman ni Immediate Past President Dr. Angelo Militante ang “ What’s in it for Me. A lecture in PDA Membership.” Karagdagang impormasyon ito lalo na sa mga bagong members tungkol sa mga benepisyo ng pagiging active member PDA.
Sinimulan ni Dr. Yoyong Recto bilang Host ang Induction Proper bandang alas sais ng gabi na nagtatampok sa tradisyunal na processional ng mga bagong Executive Officers, Council of Past President at PDA Dignitaries.
Isang mainit na welcome address ang ipinaabot ni VP Dr. Darryl Avanzado. Nagpahayag siya ng kagalakan sa ginanap na face to face induction dahil dalawang taon nga naman na virtual lamang ang mga nagdaang Induction.
Nagbahagi naman si PDA Sandigan President Dr. Cheryl ng mahahalagang mga proyekto lalo na ang oral health awareness, PDA membership at fight against illegal practice. Ikigalak din nya ang reclaiming the accreditation as an (AIPO) Accredited Integrated Professional Organization sa loob ng termino ni of PDA Immediate Past President Dr. Angelo Militante, kung saan ang PDA lamang ang may karapatan na mag-represent, mag-participate at mag-deliberate sa lahat ng issues sa government agencies at PRC hinggil sa oral health ng mga Pilipino at dental profession. Ito ay alinsunod sa R.A 9484 Article IV sec. 30 on the integration of dentists, dental technologists and dental hygienists as one national organization.
Nagkaroon din ng formal turn over sina Dr. Jamie Ricaforte ,PDA SPCC Immediate Past President at President Dr. Von Magampon. Pagkatapos ng audio visual presentation kung saan pinakita ni Dr. Jamie ang mga accomplishments ng chapter sa gitna ng pandemic, itinampok dito ang collaboration project ng Rotary.

Pagkatapos ng nakakaaliw na performance ng ilang members ng chapter sa isang surprise dance number na ikinagulat at ikinatuwan ng mga bisita, isinara ni Dr. Totoy See a ng programa. PInasalamatan niya ang mga sponsors at traders na ptuloy na sumusuporta sa PDA San Pablo City Chapter.
Si Dr. Totoy ay ang kasalukuyang PDA House of Delegates Speaker.

Dr. Jeffrey Montoya Sumague, DMD
Dr. Jeffrey Montoya Sumague, DMD, FPFA, a distinguished Doctor of Dental Medicine, combines clinical excellence with a passion for community engagement. A graduate of Centro Escolar University in Manila, Dr. Sumague specializes in Orthodontics, Cosmetic Dentistry, and Craniocervical Craniosacral TMJ. His leadership is evident through his role as past President of the Philippine Dental Association San Pablo City Chapter and as a dedicated member of JCI 7 Lakes.
Beyond his dental practice, Dr. Sumague is a multifaceted individual. As a Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy and a Professor at Centro Escolar University, he remains committed to advancing the field of dentistry. His ability to connect with audiences is showcased through his work as a social media influencer, radio DJ/anchor for J101.5 FM Big Radio, and former correspondent for Isyu Balita. He now contributes to Tutubi News Magazine, sharing his diverse perspectives with a wider audience.
