SAN PABLO CITY, Laguna | JCI San Pablo 7 Lakes has elected its 2027 officers, with Harry A. Viterbo chosen as president during the organization’s leadership elections held at Coco Palace Hotel in San Pablo City.
Viterbo will be joined by Rainy Rose Alcantara as executive vice president, Aubrey Manansala as vice president for external affairs, and John Marc Manozun as vice president for internal affairs.
The newly elected board also includes Edison Baleña as director for international affairs, Jancel Castillo as director for business, Reigndavid Bacsa as director for community, and Jayson Fajardo as director for individual development. Mark Ben Pedron was elected treasurer, Paul Andrei Enriquez secretary, Bernadette Pedron deputy secretary, and John Aaron Silvano local skills development director. Outgoing 2026 President Jessa Herrera Estrellado will serve as an ex officio member of the 2027 board.
The election was overseen by a Commission on Elections board chaired by Past President Venus P. Funtanilla, with Past Presidents Tina Fontanilla and Dianalyn Carlos serving as members.
Viterbo’s election follows a notable recognition at the 46th South Luzon Area Conference held in San Pablo City from September 4 to 6, 2026, where he received the Most Outstanding Member award for the JCI Southern Luzon Area. The conference brought together JCI members from Southern Luzon for leadership development, fellowship and organizational activities.
The new leadership will take office as JCI San Pablo 7 Lakes prepares to mark its 80th anniversary this November. The organization has maintained a presence in San Pablo City for eight decades, developing young leaders and supporting initiatives focused on community development, individual growth and civic engagement.
Among the notable leaders associated with the organization is PJ Estrellado, a former JCI national president who has represented the chapter’s tradition of developing leaders who have gone on to serve in various fields.
JCI, formerly known as Junior Chamber International, is a global network of young people focused on creating positive change through leadership development, community initiatives and civic participation. JCI San Pablo 7 Lakes continues that tradition locally by encouraging young citizens to take initiative, strengthen their leadership capabilities and contribute to their communities.
As the chapter approaches its 80th year, its continuing work reflects a principle long associated with JCI: “Earth’s great treasure lies in human personality.” The organization continues to emphasize the potential of young people to initiate positive change in their communities and beyond.
